For example in Flanders IWT, which has both small grants for SMEs as well as funding for large industrial innovation projects. For international collaborative R&D there are a multitude of funding possibilities ranging from global funding such as WHO, Global Alliance for TB , UNAIDS or many private foundations such as the Gates Foundation. For European collaborative R&D, apart from funding from the European Commission (Framework Program 7), there are many schemes like EUREKA, TEMPUS and COST. |
