To service its clients even better, RIMS has established close strategic business relationships with Procela Ltd, a consultant group in Ireland (world specialists in pharma licensing and business development), Unicris (experts in software solutions supporting the research information management process and the transfer of knowledge into innovative products and services) and with Eurice GmbH in Germany (experts in project management and administration of large EU projects and partner in the IPR-Helpdesk of the European Commission).
Whenever necessary RIMS can draw from the expertise of a global network of consultants with a variety of backgrounds ranging from project management, finance, licensing, private equity, intellectual property and regulatory affairs. Frank Heemskerk is Past-President of the European Association of Research Managers and Administrators (EARMA), encompassing several hundred R&D academic and industrial organizations in 34 countries. EARMA is the leading association of research managers and administrators across Europe. EARMA sets the highest standards for research management and administration and has established links with a number of complementary organizations globally. This provides a broad international network of contacts. The aim of the Association is to bring together experts in this field and to enhance professionalism by continuous training.
